Venkat Madabusi is a distinguished professional with decades of industrial experience in the fields of chemistry, innovation, and leadership. Dr. Madabusi has made significant contributions to the scientific and industrial communities throughout his career, having worked well over 33 years in specialty Chemical Industry under a variety of leadership roles. As the former Director of Research and Development at Evonik Industries, he worked very closely with numerous Startup companies originating from academic institutes and Government Labs in reviewing their technology strength for industrial acquisition or further funding. His work has been instrumental in shaping sustainable practices within the industry.

Beyond his professional achievements, Venkat is a Fellow Emeritus member of the American Chemical Society (ACS) and actively engages in mentorship and education. He is also a certified meditation trainer, sharing his passion for self-transformation through Heartfulness practices. Venkat’s dedication to personal growth and spirituality reflects his holistic approach to life and work.

Today, Venkat continues to inspire others through his leadership at Vinlav Group LLC, leveraging his wealth of knowledge to drive innovation and empower early-stage Startup companies.
